Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk to the local grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, banks and other establishments. There are 2 bus stops right outside the house that goes straight to the train station and SFU. Nearest train stations are: Moody Centre Station, Inlet Station, Burquitlam Station – all goes directly to downtown. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to in-suite laundry facilities. Perfect for students or working professionals (female preferred) looking for a peaceful living environment. $999 each room. Available immediately!
