Calm, Clean, & Fully furniture rent rooms in NW for male-only

Title: CCC (Calm, Clean, & Convenient)
We are renting one of the two rooms for male-only in Hamptons NW Calgary AB. (Available from Nov.2nd, 2024)

-Currently, one of the two rooms is available after Nov.2nd, and the other room is occupied by a male guest now.
-Long-term stay for 3 months or more will be welcomed.
-Each room has a single bed/desk/chair/wide-closet, and shares a bathroom and a shower room.
-The homestay fee will be $600/month, excluding the fee for meals. (We don’t offer meals.)
-The deposit will be $600 and it will be returned back when moving out on the due date.
You will have to pay both the monthly fee and deposit ($600+$600=$1,200) in advance when you get into a mutual agreement and move in the room.
-The monthly fee includes Electricity, Water, Washer, and Wireless Internet. No additional fee at all (We have 2 WiFis in high speed)
-If you want to cook for yourself with your own food, you don't have to pay any additional fees when using the kitchenette. (We have fully equipped home appliances with a big refrigerator, cooker, toaster, dishes, spoons, or something for homestay guests.)
-Available parking space for a homestay guest in front of the garage. Regarding the parking fee, we will have to discuss about it when we get to a mutual agreement.
-Close near to the bus stop (1 minute's walking distance), and easily connecting to C-train to downtown and everywhere by one pass ticket.
(It takes about 30 minutes to downtown by public transit, and 15~20 minutes by car)
-Two persons of husband and wife are living, having no kids at home.
We're treating homestay guests with high convenience and satisfaction.
