Calm, Clean, & Fully furnished rent room in NW for male-only

Title: CCC (Calm, Clean, & Convenient)
We are renting one of the two rooms for male-only in Hamptons NW Calgary AB. (Available from Aug.4th, 2025)

-Currently, one of the two rooms is available after Aug. 4th, and the other room is occupied by a Korean male guest now.
-Long-term stay for 3 months or more will be welcomed.
-Each room has a single bed/desk/chair/wide closet, and shares a bathroom and a shower room.
-The homestay fee will be $700/month. (We don’t offer any meals.)
-The deposit will be $700, and it will be returned when moving out on the due date.
You will have to pay both the monthly fee and deposit ($700+$700=$1,400) in advance when you get into a mutual agreement and move into the room.
-The monthly fee includes Electricity, Water, Washer, and Wireless Internet. No additional fee at all. (We have two WiFi at home)
-If you want to cook for yourself with your own food, you don't have to pay any additional fees when using the kitchenette. (We have fully equipped home appliances with a big refrigerator, cooker, toaster, dishes, spoons, or something for homestay guests.)
-Available parking space for a homestay guest on the roadside. Regarding the parking fee, we will have to discuss about it when we get to a mutual agreement.
-Close to the bus stop (1 minute's walking distance), and easily connecting to the C-train to downtown and everywhere with a pass ticket.
(It takes about 30 minutes to downtown by public transit, and 15~20 minutes by car)
-Two persons of husband and wife, are living and have no kids at home.
We're treating homestay guests with high convenience and satisfaction.
