Welcome visitors! A little about us. She is Katina, an ESL instructor for the past 15 years, in Canada (Toronto and Vancouver), Beijing China, and Seoul Korea. She loves helping her students achieve their academic and professional goals by developing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening level through a variety of engaging lessons and activities. Katina specializes in academic writing (EAP), test preparation (CAEL/TOEFL), and business english (interview, resume, networking). Sebastian is a carpenter / framer with 4 years of experience who can fix anything in the house! Together, we are offering an amazing rental or homestay experience in the center of Scarborough - 15 minutes to Centennial College, 20 minutes to U of T Scarborough, 25 minutes to Scarborough town center, 48 minutes to Seneca College, and walking distance to major bus route #102 Markham Rd. and #52/54 Lawrence Rd. Home is on a quiet cul de sac (court) with no traffic. In addition, Katina loves cooking and will provide you with delicious and healthy home cooked meals, using fresh local ingredients for a variety of tastes. If you're looking for a homestay experience with a young couple, with no kids, in a beautiful clean and furnished home, with homestay "parents" who love cooking, can help with your language development, and will happily show you around the city, we're the homestay for you! For those students who are only looking for a room for rent (no food option), we can certainly do that too with furnished room.
