Hello!
We would love to be your host family! We live in Ladner BC, a very cute quaint safe city just 30 mins bus ride to downtown Vancouver! Our home is considered to be executive, the accommodations for you are very private. You have your own bedroom, bathroom and shower. We have wireless internet service, cable tv with flat screen and double bed.
We will happily provide breakfast foods like cereals, eggs and fresh fruits for you to enjoy at your leisure.Lunch soups and sandwiches and for dinner we will cook a hot meal Monday - Friday which you are more then welcome to join us for. Or I can put in the fridge for you for when you get home. The fridge and pantry are open for you to choose snacks or make meals whenever you please, our home is your home! If there are foods in which you would like me to pick up for you I am more then happy to do so.
We are a very busy family fun family, we enjoy sports, music, travel and the outdoors. We have bicycles that you are free to use. On the weekends we like to enjoy all that Vancouver has to offer, you are more then welcome to join us on our outings.
We are looking for an independent student, someone 18 years and older who is clean and respectful. We have a house keeper that will come and clean your bathroom and floors, also laundry facilities are available for you to use on the second floor. We do require you to be clean, and to clean up behind yourself. We are unable to be guardians, so you need to be responsible for yourself, but we will help out wherever we can.
We have 2 cats Duke and Douglas which are very shy and you will most likely never see. However if you want you are more then welcome to go and snuggle they are both very friendly.
We don't have many rules, just to be polite, clean and respectful. Always clean up behind yourself, and please if you need anything to make you more comfortable then do not hesitate to ask. If you want a friend to sleepover just please let us know as soon as possible. We can be loud at times as we have small children and are a busy bustling household with lots of activities. However you have your own sanctuary that is quiet and away from the noise.
