This is a 2 bedroom basement apartment with a separate Entrance in a very quite and safe Neighborhood, no pets, and no smoking. Walking distance to Humber College, hospital, Woodbine Mall, banks. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop to major subway.
This is a new renovated basement with 2 bedroom, small kitchen, laundry ( only once a week) and private washroom only for guest.
Aircon and Heater with access to Free WI-FI is included in the rent.
Our home is located on the northwest side of the city only 15 minutes from the airport.
The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using these Bus Stops.
Walking distance to Humber College North Campus
and Etobicoke Hospital. Buses every 10-15 minutes, connecting to Major subways . Walking distance to Woodbine Mall, Casino, Humber college, Hospital, Banks, Restaurant and Groceries.
This is our first time hosting to our newly renovated basement apartment.
We are a family of 2. My wife and I are both working full time. We are very friendly and simple people
We love going to the movies.
We like to go out for dinner weekly and special occasions.
We love home cook meals and take out .

House rules:

No Sleep overs,
No Smoking,
No Partying
No Pets allowed
No Guest allowed ( except Parents of the Student)
Careful with hot water and electricity
Clean after cooking
Make sure doors are locked
we ask that you keep your living quarters clean
we ask you clean your shared living spaces with other students
No excessive noise after 10 pm
Laundry use only once a week (Laundry on weekends only )
Clean and vacuum room, shared area and washroom make sure always clean at all times.
Prefer long term
Smoking is not allowed.
One month notice is required to vacate the room
We accept students/ working professionals with acceptance letter from their university and work permits and people in a working holiday program visa.

Take note: If you are given a key to the basement apartment and you lose the key you will be responsible for the cost of the lock replacement.
