Homestay room for rent on Joyce Collingwood Vancouver East Side for international students / workers. Bus stop right in front of our house #26 Joyce Skytrain Stn / 29th ave skytrain stn, #41 and #43 Express UBC / Joyce Skytrain Stn, #49 UBC / Metrotown stn, #19 Stanley Park / Metrotown Stn.

About the family:

We are a family of 3 (Me my wife and 5 year old son). We speaks English fluently, and are trustworthy, friendly and loving people. We serve healthy and nutritious meal for our students and we treat them as our family. We have been hosting student for the past 4 years and we provide a SAFE and CLEAN environment for international students.

Room features:

Bright and Clean room with big window and view of outdoor
Ensuite washroom for 1 Bedroom
Double sized bed
2 pillows, blanket and bed sheets
1 large closet and mirror
Desk, chair and lamp


Includes:
Utilities (Electricity and hot water)

3mins walk to bus stop (#19 bus going to metrotown/stanley park/downtown)
3mins walk to bus stop (#41 bus going to UBC)
3mins walk to different variety of restaurants
