My name is Kim
I was born and raised here in North Vancouver B.C
I am 55 years young, I’m a hairstylist for over 25 years.
My family consists of my daughter whom is twenty two in University
and my mother whom is young at heart, we are lots of fun very welcoming and kind .
I’ve been hosting students for over 17 years from all over the world .
We have met wonderful people from Mexico, Brazil, Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Turkey & Chile.
Many of them we are still friends with today.

Our home is surrounded by beautiful mountains,
parks, trails and more…
We are steps to transit that take you directly to the seabus and downtown vancouver . We Also have direct transit routes to The Think Tank , BCIT Marine School and Capilano University we have hosted many students attending these schools & institutes .
Out home is 5-10 minutes to the beautiful bustling Lonsdale avenue giving you access to banking , grocery stores, cafes , restaurants, malls for shopping, Libraries
& gyms and family recreation centers. We live right next to grand blvd park , great for walks or runs light up pathways in the evenings
with a soccer fields and tennis courts not to mentions breathing views !!
There are many things to see and do here in vancouver,
Lots of beaches for the warm sunny days parks to play sports or enjoy a picnic lunch
Mountain to ski, snowboard, snow shoe
& trails to hike.
We have an amazing professional HockeyTeam the Vancouver Canucks , our professional Football team is the BC lions
Our Professional Soccer ⚽️ team is the Vancouver Whitecaps and our baseball ⚾️ team is the Vancouver Canadians, it’s so much fun to attend these games!!
We have many tourist attractions as well Art Museums, Vancouver Aquarium , Capilano suspension bridge , Cleveland Dam ,Lynn canyon suspension bridge
Sports hall of fame ,
Queen Elizabeth Park, and of course the famous Stanley park in the heart of downtown Vancouver plus so much more !!
We would love to set you up for success whether you’re here visiting, learning at school working or on vacation
so you can feel comfortable and make the best of your stay.

Kitchen with a spare fridge to use kettle and microwave.
(But we do not offer stove / oven cooking)
