Welcome to Australia and our lovely home.
We are a family of 3, with 1 boy aged 5 and also we have a lovely puppy dog. We originally from China and live in Australia for 15 years. We are both working in a professional career and we all very nice, friendly and kind people. We are happy to introduce both Aussie and Asia culture to our guests.
Our house is superbly beautiful and we live in the most famous and beautiful location in the area, which is surrounded by spectacular gardens and mountains. All our neighbors are pretty nice and it is the nicest and quiet street. It is close to Wheelers Hill Secondary College, Monash University Clayton Campus, Caufield Grammar wheelers hill Campus, and also it is close to Deakin Uni and Swinburne University. It is 20 mins drive to the City. It is walking distance to Waverley Garden Shopping Center.
It is two levels brick house with four bedrooms upstairs and three living rooms downstairs and also two dining rooms, two separate bathrooms, and three toilets.
Privacy: The student or guest can enjoy one bedroom with one queen-size bed and also other furniture included, especially the guest can have their own private bathroom and separate toilet. There is plenty of space for us with comfortable privacy. It is a very modern house with wifi, a Central heating system, and a cooling system to make your stay comfortable.
