I have a very family friendly home to offer, with one small very welcoming and affectionate white dog. Located in a residential neighbourhood with parks, restaurants, banks and stores within a 2-5 minute walk. The bus is about 30 - 40 seconds walk from the door and you'll be downtown in approximately 30-40 minutes by bus and or bus and subway, including to most high schools, language schools and universities.
Your room will consist of either a single bed,, or a queen bed and you will have a desk with a lamp, chair, cupboard, night table with a lamp. There is wifi throughout the house. There is one shared full bathroom for students upstairs and one room downstairs has a private bathroom if requested. You can choose the 2 or 3 meal plan pricing to be discussed. I will make great home cooked meals for you for dinner and prepare your lunch if you want the 3 meals daily. Breakfast is self serve with choices of cereal, muffins, toast, juice, yogurt, fruit, etc. I love having discussions at the table and learning all the cultural differences between us and yet managing to become a well integrated family. We can go out shopping and on errands and get to meet and play with my granddaughters who come to visit. We BBQ and eat dinner outside sometimes in the summer, weather permitting, and get to enjoy our wonderful summers here in Montreal. Or great, beautiful snowy winters.
