Hello guys, I have two beds for rent in a shared room in my apartment on a gated community for $850 each/month.

It could be male or female for share the room with one more person in the room (and a bathroom for both of you). Or just for one single person the entire room and bathroom for $1600 month.
Total of 3 in the house with me, plus my dog (a pug).

The apt has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, has air conditioning and central heating, equipped kitchen and laundry in the unit.
Also, we have free Wi-Fi and laundry.

The community has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, barbecue, study room with printer, gate with access control and there is always a parking space on the street without hassle!

The area has a lot of business nearby. There's a Vons that you can go walking, like 3 blocks away. Starbucks and Liquor store at the entrance of the condo, just across the street. A few blocks from Mc Donalds, Chipotle, Costco and Chick-fil-A. And it is close to the Grossmont Center where there is Walmart, CVS, Dollar tree, Macys, Target etc… Also, we’re nearby to Grossmont College and the San Diego State University (right the next freeway exit). So it’s a nice area for students!

Oh, there's a park with a lake across the street! Walking! Just cross!

No other pet allowed (sorry), even couple, party, visit, drugs, cigarettes or anything like that will not be accepted.
Respect is the keyword for this house.

The environment is CLEAN, organized, healthy and pleasant. Place to rest and call home.

I'm looking for a responsible, organized, quiet and hygienic person.

Value is already with the utilities. I even provide cleaning material and paper (toilet and towel), in addition to soap and fabric softener to laundry.

$300 security deposit.
