A Safe & Appropriate Place To Be Successful In Your Studies!

We live in a beautiful area, half an hour from the Center, the River across the Road and beautiful Parks all along!

Transport is as easy as you can get! No need to walk or wait! The 470 Express Bus will pick you 2 mins from where we are, and through motorway, will drop you in half an mi pagina de contactoo Côte vertu, and from there 10 mins to anywhere in the center of Montreal by Metro! And from Montreal, will drop you, literally, in front of the House! This Bus is available, every 3 to 5 minutes all day, until after midnight, like until after 2 am early morning!

We are experienced Parents of 3 children, the two elder, are already University graduates, and son (19) is an Honour Student at College, and going to Concordia January 2019! We have always understood the importance of Education for our Children and Others! We speak and write Excellent French, and can help you, for free, if necessary!

Our two elder children have left Home, and the whole Main Floor which is very Big and Very Comfortable, with all the Amenities, is left to our son alone, with two large comfortable empty Bedrooms, with new Queen Bed & new 10 inches Mattress! The parents’ Room is in the Basement! High Internet Speed, with the Best Wifi Technology! You will have access to Kitchen, Living room with Bell FibeTV, and more.

We cook European, Chinese, and Pastas! Breakfast and Dinner will be provided to Students, included in the price! We do not charge extra fees!

The Rules of the House: we Respect Our Home, and expect you to do the same! You clean after you! Apart from that, we are quite cool and not at all very complicated People! We will respect your Intimacy and Privacy, at all times!
