Hi there! We're Tayler and Geoff. Thank you for taking an interest in our homestay opportunity.

A bit about us:
Tayler is the manager of a local retail store and Geoff is a municipal parks worker. We're both into the arts and the outdoors. Geoff grew up with homestay students for approx 10 years. We both enjoy traveling and have been across Canada and the US and have visited Iceland, England and the Caribbean.

A bit about our home:
Our home is located on a quiet and safe street in East Abbotsford. There is direct access to a wetland park with a trail loop that is ideal for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers. Our home boasts an unobstructed view over the valley to the mountains in the North. It's close to the historical downtown which offers excellent restaurants and boutiques. UFV, Columbia Bible College and other post secondary institutions are within close proximity. The space itself is very spacious and fully furnished with a modern but homey touch.

Who we think would make a good guest:
We're open to a range of guests including students, travelers and professionals. Guests should be respectful, thoughtful and communicative. Our homestay and it's rules focus on everyone's right to quiet enjoyment of the space. Guest's actions and activities should not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the space of other occupants.
