We are a family of 3. My husband and I are both working full time and our 22 year old son is a full time university student. This will be our first time hosting a home stay. We were inspired by our friends who are also hosting students from different countries. We live in a quiet neighborhood located within midtown Toronto, and are within walking distance of a several bus stops and a major subway station. Within our neighbourhood we have some nearby grocery stores, parks, beautiful trail, and are even a short commute away from Yorkdale mall and major universities! There is a spacious living room in the basement, private bathroom and also a separate entrance to the basement. We have a nice backyard that everyone can enjoy during the summertime.
We want someone who is a non smoker, who is tidy and friendly. For everybody’s comfort in the house, homestay is not allowed to invite friends to sleepover.
