Hello and Mabuhay!! My name is Charlotte and I have been hosting international students since 2015 via agencies/schools. I am currently hosting students from Kaplan University. My home has 5 bedrooms and 3 of those are for short term/long term rentals. I am a registered nurse and I live with my brother who is in university studying Computer Science. Two of the bedrooms : 2 twin bed in one bedroom and a king bed in another one have 1 shared bathroom is located in the ground floor and I also have 1 bedroom (double bed) located in the 2nd floor with shared bathroom but can be private upon request. Our living room and kitchen/dining are shared spaces in the main room floor.

The main Intersection of our home is at Jane and St clair. This area has everything you need: walking distance to groceries, bus stop, restaurants, church, bank ,etc. We are 20 min drive away from Pearson Airport and about 45 mins public transit ride to downtown Toronto. We also have many walking trails and parks nearby. Best thing about my place is the bus stop is right outside my house and a 5- 10 minute ride to the subway station.

I prefer to host with no meals due to my hectic and unpredictable schedule as a nurse. The rent will include water, heat, and internet. We do not have cable but have Netflix and Prime included as well. We also have an alarm system and an outdoor camera pointed to the main entrances.

I love traveling. Besides Philippines, where I was born, I have been to many Caribbean islands via cruise ships. I also love to explore Canada. I have been to Vancouver, Alberta and other parts of Ontario. My family loves to go fishing and every summer, we rent out a cottage and spend couple of nights then back to the city.
