Homestay in Surrey, Canada
Welcome to our Homestay. We are Jim and Gina, a couple living in a 4 bedroom rancher house. We also have another family member which is a cute dog.
I work from home and my husband works in a manufacturing company.
We decided to open our home to student who wish to study here and stay in a comfortable room. We are friendly and would love to meet people from different countries and know their culture.
Our house is located in Surrey,BC. Bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the house and 12 minutes away ( by bus) to Skytrain station and Bus station to connect to other places like Downtown Vancouver.
We have 1 bedroom available with single bed, dresser, closet, study table with chair and a mini fridge. We will provide linens/beddings, electric fan and a heater too. Student must provide his/her own towels and toiletries.
The rent also includes:
-High speed internet
-laundry detergent
- toilet paper
Meals/food are Not included. However he/she is allowed to cook their own food
The following are some house rules:
-cleaning own room, bathroom and kitchen after use
-laundry is once a week, detergent is provided
-no visitors
-no curfew but kindly inform us if coming home late
- quiet time is 10 pm
