Having lived, travelled and taught in China for 7 years, gaining a deep understanding of the culture and a moderate level of skill in speaking Mandarin Chinese. I can help you connect to all the things you need as a foreigner 外国人 here. Let me help you learn the best places to eat where to chill and hang out and we can even set up Chinese and English training sessions to help you improve your conversational English. I can also provide personal rides to locations if needed and can arrange daily school pickup and drop off for a fee. We have discord, IG, FB, LI, and X too YourBeatInc.

If you are someone who just needs a place, we can also accommodate with laundry, and cleaners that come through our premises once a week to do the bathroom and main living areas. There is no contact needed with the owners unless you have a need, at which point we are right across the hall. We manage the entire 12 unit condominium so we are almost always available for all tenants and we can also work out meal plans if you prefer to have meals provided for you. The units available are single rooms on the second floor. They have a large main area, full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, and your own room with a keycode locking door so no worries about losing keys.
Our location is walking distance (less than 1km) from all needed things such as bus and train stops, restaurants, grocery stores, doctor's offices, pharmacies and more. The building has cameras on the front and rear areas and there is parking available for a fee, weekly or monthly.
