We are a family of 3. My husband and I are both working full time and our 22 year old son is a full time university student. This will be our first time hosting a home stay. We were inspired by our friends who are also hosting students from different countries and we’re looking to have some additional income. We are located within midtown Toronto, and are within walking distance of a several bus stops and a major subway station. Within our neighbourhood we have some nearby grocery stores, parks, trails, and are even a short commute away from Yorkdale mall and major universities! There is a spacious living room in the basement, private bathroom and also a separate entrance to the basement. Homestay is welcome to use the fridge on the main floor.
We want someone who is a non smoker, who is tidy and friendly. For everybody’s comfort in the house, homestay is not allowed to invite friends to sleepover.
