Description:
This light and bright upper level Santa Monica 2 Bedroom + 2 Bathroom is located just above Wilshire few minutes to UCLA! The living room has large windows allowing in the natural light. There is a private balcony with a bird's eye view of the neighborhood! There are recessed lights throughout. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and combination washer and dryer to boot! The primary bedroom has a large closet and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom is nicely sized to with sliding mirrored doors. This apartment is located blocks to the beach.
Location:
UCLA's campus is situated at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains, near the ocean, and is surrounded by various neighborhoods like West Los Angeles, Brentwood, Bel Air, Rancho Park, and Santa Monica. Westwood Village, located directly south of the campus, is a popular area for students and visitors alike, featuring shops, restaurants, movie theaters, and the UCLA Hammer Museum.
Cost - The cost ranges from $1500/mo. Rent includes utilities (water, gas, electricity, high speed internet, cable TV), use of a private bathroom, use of common space and appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, all kitchenware).
House rules:
- Smoking in the home is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed
- Please clean up after yourself; wash your own dishes, laundry, and keep the room and bathroom tidy
- Please respect others living in the same building by keeping it quiet during late hours and taking out your own trash.
