Arlington Light Rail Homestay is like your second home. Eddie and I live in a large house with lots of space and a huge backyard.

Eddie speaks English and Arabic. We have travelled extensively in Europe and especially loved travelling in Greece.

We enjoy hosting, and love meeting and getting to know new people, cultures, and languages. We enjoy gardening and walking our dog.

A light breakfast is provided, and you are welcome to join us for dinner. We cook Australian and Lebanese food. We also enjoy cooking on the BBQ. We'd be happy to show you around the Inner West to help you familiarize yourself with the neighborhood.

Location Perks:
The closest train station is Summer Hill, a 20-minute walk, and Ashfield Station is the next closest train station
The closest Light Rail stop is Arlington, a 10-minute walk away.
The bus is within walking distance on Old Canterbury Road and is a minute's walk.
Summer Hill and Dulwich Hill shops, cafes & restaurants are a 20-minute walk.
The University of Sydney is a 5-minute drive
White Bay Cruise Terminal is a 17-minute drive
Star Casino is a 10-minute drive
Sydney, NSW (SYD Kingsford Smith Intel is a 20-minute drive.

About the room in the art deco 3-bedroom house -
Upon entering, the home opens to a bright and inviting living and dining area, featuring high ceilings, air conditioning, timber flooring throughout, and windows that floods the space with natural light.
Contemporary kitchen with high-quality appliances, all finished with sleek cabinetry and practical surfaces.

Rules
My home is your home, please treat it with respect. Keep the room neat
Turn off the light when not in use
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Always clean after use.
Keep the toilet and bathroom clean. Make clean after use.
No eating or bringing food in the bedroom - it is not allowed at all times.
When your trash bin is full, it is your responsibility to throw items in the bin.
No guests or girlfriends/boyfriends are allowed to enter your bedroom.
Smoke outside - doors and windows MUST BE closed.
Please tell us if you have allergies or things you can't eat.
Please tell us if you are returning late or if you will not eat on your return. Love for you to teach us how to cook 1 or 2 of your favorite meals and, if you can, help prepare a meal or 2.

Minimum stay: 2 weeks
1 weeks' notice is required to move out

Bank details will be provided after confirming the booking online.

Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any before-arrival cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Please kindly let us know if you wish us to collect you from the airport :) 会えるのが楽しみです Looking forward to seeing you.
