We live in a beautiful suburb called St Kilda, near the beach and close to all bars and restaurants!
Our home is a beautiful 'Art Deco' apartment in a gated and secure building and close to the tram stop and train station.
I have hosted students from around the world and love receiving international guests.
We are a family of 2 (me and my 7 year old son) and we also have a student from Elwood College who is living with us but leaves in July (he is from Germany).
The room has everything you need and is compact (single bed, freestanding wardrobe, mirror, desk, chair, windows, blinds). Getting around is easy as you are 2 minutes from the tram stop and 5 minute walk to the train station. It's easy to get to all the major schools and universities. The cost in $400 per week and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and all bills (there is nothing more to pay). The bond is $900. Minimum stay is 3 months. The meals I cook are healthy and nutritious (mainly seafood and vegetarian).
