The room for rent is in my vacation home. You will have the whole place to yourself between October through May. Room is not available between May-September. Room is available from September 15-May 30. The home is on an expansive green belt area with trees and park like setting. There is ample parking. The home has a washer and dryer.Lodger is to provide all their own provisions including paper products, soaps, foods etc. Utilities and wifi are included in the rental price of $950 per month. Home is luxurious and cozy. No overnight guests. Premises is to be occupied by renter only.
