I’m looking forward to sharing my clean, comfortable, and newer home located in a quiet neighborhood in Abbotsford. I’m an artist who enjoys painting and swimming in the summer—especially since I have a pool!

About the Room & Home:

Fully furnished private room

Includes: TV, dresser, closet, desk and chair, Wi-Fi, laundry

Shared common areas in a respectful and quiet home

Located near bus stops, UFV (University of the Fraser Valley), shopping mall, and just a block from the recreation center with a gym, pool, and skating rink


I’m looking for a polite, clean, and respectful student or visitor who would like to feel at home and be treated like family. I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your time in Canada.

Rent:

$775/month (no meals)

Damage deposit: $387 (fully refundable if no damage)

Short stays: $45/night (if only a few nights are needed)


Requirements:

Must be a student or on a work/tourist visa (proof required)

References from a previous landlord (or parents if this is your first time moving out)

School enrollment verification if you’re a student
