Our humble home is nestled against San Bruno Mountain in Daly City, at the "Top of the Hill" where Daly City meets San Francisco. Near shops, BART and bus stops. 10 mi to SFO International Airport. 6 mi to downtime San Francisco. Shopping malls and SF State University are close by as well. Beyond convenience, we are a tiny family of three. We have hosted students from France and Malaysia over the past 8 years and have always enjoyed their stays. We are easy to get along with and love being able to share our home and, if interested, our SF Bay Area experiences as well as our culture. We are American-Filipino. Sam loves hot yoga. TJ, our 16 year old son, loves to sing and play instruments. I, Caroline, love to walk and hike around SF Bay Area. Sam is a mechanical engineer and I am a clinical lab scientist. We are open to all cultures and only ask that the rules of the house are respected. Being respectful to each other and to our environment, locking the front door, staying in communication for safety reasons (e.g., coming home late), no smoking in the house, and no sleepovers make up some of the house rules. Safety is our main concern. Often times, we love to play games and go out on excursions with our students, if they are interested.
