Lovely stylish spacious house, bright and sunny, with a beautiful garden in a very quite residential street, located in inner Melbourne south eastern suburb of Caulfield South. You will get your own immaculate private room with a double bed, desk, bookshelf, drawers and large built in wardrobe. The room is very quite as the walls are solid brick. You get private use of the guest toilet and basin, and a shared bathroom for showering. There is a second living area in the house if you would like to have some private time outside of your room to watch TV.
All bills and fast internet are included in the cost of your fees. Breakfast is self serve cereal or toast, tea and coffee. Dinner is provided three nights a week only. We can also cater to Vegetarians and Vegans (one Vegan in the house). On the other nights you are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own simple meals.
Caulfield South is a very safe affluent area conveniently located not far from the beach, St Kilda, and the CBD. We are situated walking distance to fabulous parks, shops, restaurants, cafes, and public transport including trams, buses and trains.
The house is an excellent option if you are going to Monash University in both Caulfield and Clayton Campuses.
The house will be shared with two adults, uni student daughter, and two cats. We are a friendly family who will make you feel very welcome in our home. Females only.
