Aloha! Thank you for your interest in DOHO (Downtown Honolulu) Homestay as your potential accommodation. I live with my 8 year old son in our beautiful and spacious condominium in downtown Honolulu. We are an international, well traveled family that has lived across the globe in America, Europe and Africa and have a diverse family. Growing up I have hosted individuals from across the world in my homes and enjoy meeting new people. We enjoy golf, basketball, tennis, sailing, swimming, traveling, eating, shopping and spending time with friends and family. I work in healthcare and enjoy volunteering. House rules can be discussed with tenants. Please read additional information below on the condominium:

Luxury condominium located in downtown Honolulu off the Pali Highway, very secure with excellent customer service, great security, and beautiful amenities. Tenant will live with owner and her 8-year-old son in a 3 bedroom, 1 den, 2-bathroom, 2 covered parking condominium on the 8th floor of the building.
Shared spaces in condo:
-Kitchen area: Central seating area, Viking appliances (fridge/freezer), stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer toaster oven. Storage and cabinets.
-Living room: Couches, TV, small Lana‘i with table and lounge chairs with partial view of mountains, cabanas, and swimming pool.
-Den: Couch to sit and relax near your own bedroom and bathroom.
Tenant’s space:
-Bedroom: Queen sized bed, new mattress, closet with built in dresser drawers, floor lamp, floor fan, ceiling fan and A/C unit. Nice view to cabana and greenery outside, privacy with one way glass (not viewable from outside in).
-Bathroom: Standing shower, cabinets, stacked washer/dryer (to be shared with owner).
-Parking stall (covered): Side by side on 5th floor with the owner for most months, occasionally will need to park tandem with owner.
Amenities to enjoy:
-Heated swimming pool, shallow pool, and hot tub
-Full sized fitness center with television, locker rooms and showers
-Yoga room
-Movie Theater room with popcorn machine
-Music rooms with grand piano
-Playground
-6 Cabanas with grills for BBQ and entertaining guests
-Condo is walkable to many restaurants, bars, bus stops, Safeway, Longs, Hawai‘i Theater, Hawai‘i Pacific University, and many other entertainment sites.
-Monthly price of $1,450 is all inclusive of rent, utilities, and amenities. Lease agreement with specific requirements to be discussed with owner.
