I love meeting people from diverse backgrounds, learning about their cultures, and practicing my language skills. Sharing my home and cooking for guests is a rewarding way to connect with others. My hosting journey began in 2010 when I participated in the Couchsurfing project, both offering a room to travelers and staying with hosts myself.

We have a beautiful 11.5 sq.m. room available for rent, close to all the great amenities Gatineau-Ottawa has to offer!
The room is located just 6 km from downtown Ottawa, within easy reach of grocery stores, a hospital, a lake and a forest. Enjoy the convenience of having all these great amenities close by and the tranquility of a peaceful neighborhood. My place is close to bus stop transport company sto.ca All utilities, unlimited internet, and laundry facilities are included in the price. You will have plenty of privacy to study, and can even cook your own meals if you wish. I am also close to College Nouvelle Frontiere, Heritage College, UQO University, Ottawa University, and GEOS Language Academy Ottawa. And, I can even find a spare bicycle for you to use for free. I am also available to pick you up from the airport.

One month without meals is $650 , and if you stay for more than 3 months the price is $600.

Fragrance-Free & Hypoallergenic:
No candles, incense, or scented products are permitted within the apartment.
The apartment must be maintained as a fragrance-free and hypoallergenic environment.
Personal Supplies:
Tenants are responsible for providing their own shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
Cleaning Supplies:
For washing machine and dishwasher detergent, Biovert is recommended.

A one month deposit is required. Here's what it typically covers:
Damage to the rental unit: This includes things like damage to walls, floors, appliances, and fixtures caused by the tenant or their guests.
Unpaid rent: If the tenant fails to pay rent, the landlord can use the security deposit to cover the outstanding amount.
Cleaning costs: If the tenant leaves the unit excessively dirty, the landlord can use the deposit to cover professional cleaning costs.

Cette chambre à louer dans un appartement de deux chambres est entièrement meublée et tous les frais (eau, buanderie, électricité, Internet, etc.) sont inclus dans le loyer mensuel. Un mois sans repas coûte 650 $, et si vous restez plus de 3 mois, le prix est de 600 $. Elle mesure 100 pieds carrés et comprend un lit double avec une vue au sud. Le plancher est en bois et l'environnement est hypoallergénique et sans tabac. L'appartement est situé à deux kilomètres de l'UQO et à proximité des autobus (31, 33, 39, etc.) et des centres d'achats.
