Welcome! :) This Home is in a PERFECT LOCATION! Short Walk to the C-Train.
Ideal for UNIVERSITY of CALGARY or SAIT Students.
I have a Secure, Bright, Beautiful, Modern Home.
In the Semi-Private, Lower Level, are 2 Comfortable, Clean Bedrooms, Rented Separately
(1 double size Bed + Desk) & (1 single size Bed + Desk) Each room includes: Electric Bed Warmer, 3 Blankets/quilts (1 of the blankets is a cozy European Feather/Down Quilt) 2 Pillows, Portable Heater, Personal Laundry Basket, Hangers & Hooks, Desk/Chair with Light, Bedside Table with Lamp and Dresser with Drawers for clothing & a Compact Umbrella! With only 1 other room mate (of the same gender) you will share... a Luxurious Bathroom with Walk-in Shower (Includes Hair Dryer,& Full Length Mirror) a Cozy and Comfortable Living Room, Kitchenette with Full Size Fridge, Microwave, Hot-Plate, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Rice Cooker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Crockpot, Kettle & Dishes/Pots /Pans/Cooking Utensils. Includes High Speed Internet throughout & Utilities. Includes all Bed Linens + 2 Towels, Face Cloth + Hand Soap. Access to Washing Machine (Includes Soap) 1X per week (on an agreed time schedule) for 1 or 2 loads of laundry, drying rack is provided.

If you wish to have Extra Privacy, you can rent the Entire Space for an agreed upon, exceptionally fair price.

Tenants/Room mates are expected to keep the Suite & their Individual Rooms, Tidy and Clean, and to share in Basic Communal Cleaning Duties (1X per week ~ approximately 20 minutes), Cleaning Supplies are Provided. Dishes must be put in the Dishwasher and done daily (soap provided)
Rooms are rented Monthly, rent is due on the 1st day of the Month OR on the Day you move in. Only I Person per Room. Please see below for Occupancy Outline.

There is a Lovely, Private backyard where you are welcome to enjoy the Sunshine and Flowers in the Summertime or Make a Snowman in the Wintertime :)

Additional Option to enjoy Delicious, Wholesome & Healthy Homemade Meals for a fair price also available. (Discuss with the Host)

C-Train/Crowfoot LRT is an easy 5-7 minute walk, and takes you to the:
~UNIVERSITY in 8-10 minutes
~SAIT /ACAD in 12-15 minutes
~DOWNTOWN in 20-24 minutes
During "Rush Hours"-Busy Times ~ 6am-9am & 3pm-6pm ~ Trains come Every 5 Minutes. Otherwise they come Every 15 Minutes
Bus Stop is conveniently located in front of the house & and directly across the street.


The Crowfoot shopping area is only a short 15 min walk... It includes: Grocery Stores (X4), Banks, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hair & Nail Salons, Spa's,
Public Library, Recreational Facility-YMCA, Theatres, Shops and More... The local neighborhood also has Ice Rinks (Skating + Hockey) , Emergency Medical + Dental Centre, Free Tennis Courts, Beach Volleyball Court, and many Nice Parks for Walking, Hiking and Sports.
In the winter, you would be close to (COP) Canada Olympic Park (Skiing/ Snow-Boarding & Sportsplex/Museum) Bowness Park (Ice skating in the Winter ~ Canoeing & Kayaking in the Summer)
~The Majestic Rocky Mountains are only a short distance away ~(45 minute drive to Canmore)~(1 hour drive to Banff)~(2 hour drive to Lake Louise)~(2.5 hour drive to Emerald Lake, B.C.)

I have been an International Student in 3 Countries and I understand how important it is to have a Secure, Peaceful, Private & Clean place to call Home that has excellent access to public transportation. This is Essential.

I enjoy learning about other Cultures & Languages & would be Happy to practice Conversational English with you. I have been Hosting International Students, Travelers & Professionals with a working Visa for the past 12+ years and am happy to help you out however I can.

I am a (Calgary Born) Busy, Professional Woman with 2 Sociable & Loveable Cats (that should NOT be in the suite). I love to Bake and Cook and share my Baked Treats with my guests whenever possible. I Enjoy Gardening and Precious Time with Family & Friends.
