Located in a safe and lovely neighborhood. Cozy and clean 1 guest bedroom and a bathroom with separate entrance. We enjoy healthy food, hiking and classic music. There are great tutoring centers closeby, you can access to extra academic help if you need to.
Our house is well-kept, clean and comfortable. The home is 8 minutes from a bus stop that goes directly to Glendale Community College, 15 minutes away from some of the best private schools and colleges in LA (Poly, Preparatory, Sacret Heart, Chandler, Art Center etc.) most major stores, restaurants, café, is about 10 minutes’ drive from the famous Descanso Garden, Americana shopping center.
The following will be provided:

- Self-service laundry (washer and dryer)
- Breakfast (dinner optional with fee)
- Wi-Fi
- Furnished cozy bedroom with a bed, table and a chair

- Please clean up after yourself; wash your own dishes, laundry, and keep the room and bathroom tidy
- Please respect others living in the same house by keeping it quiet during late hours and taking out your own trash.
