Thank you for considering my”Happy Place” for your stay in San Francisco. The inside of the house is newly painted and decorated. All rooms are furnished with beds, closets, desks and side tables. Currently, there are two (2) rooms available with two (2) shared bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is newly remodeled.
Our location is very accessible to public transportation by bus (MUNI and Sam Trans), BART, universities, malls, small shops, restaurants and gym. The rent includes utilities ( water, gas and electricity), cable and WiFi. The common areas like the kitchen and patio are available for use. Coin operated washer and dryer are accessible in the garage.
I'm retired and I live in the unit so I can easily address your concerns. I’ve been hosting guests from all over the world for over 20 years now. I also love to travel. These two factors inspired me to continue hosting guests to open my home to guests and make their stay here in the Bay Area a memorable one. The place is safe, quiet and comfortable you may call "your home"!
