Hello Students,
My name is Carla and I have available immediately, for short term home-stay rental for international students.
My home is clean and large and located in a very quiet and prestigious neighborhood. We are situated on a corner of 2 major intersections. My home is walking distance to many amenities, 2 libraries, mall, coffee shop, grocery store, western union and banks and only a 2 minute walk to the TTC bus stop that takes you directly to the station.
We offer 2 bright rooms on the top floor of our home with private bathroom and toiletries just for you. The rooms are fully furnished with free high-speed internet, single/queen size bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and lamp. Reliable heating during winter and a/c in the summer. Laundry facility is also provided.
Downstairs we have an extra living room where you can watch TV if you need a break from studying with walkout to a beautiful private backyard.
We are friendly, understanding and approachable. We guarantee that your stay with us will be a pleasant and memorable one.
