Caryn and Noel have shared their home with both American and international medical students and graduates for over 10 years. Unlike other home stay placements, our homestay is quite unique. Our Home4Docs house is separate from our family home. Our guest physicians doing medical rotations through various clerkship programs or university placements live next door to our family in a separate house. Our doors are always open to our guests but they have the autonomy of living in their own space with other medical students while studying for the USMLE or on clinical rotations. Our homestay is fully furnished with amenities, as if you are staying in our house with us. This property is close to the CTA bus and train lines and convenient for travel around Chicago. We can accommodate up to 8 guests at one time in the house, each in their own room. The house has 4 bathrooms. Two of the rooms are ensuite. Our guests love being able to socialize with other medical students and graduates, as well as travel and tour the city with them as well. We are located near Advocate Christ Medical Center, Little Company of Mary Hospital, Jackson Park Hospital, and Loretto Hospital. Some of our guests commute into the city and rotate at other hospitals as well.
