I grew up in a family that hosted international students. I also have hosted on and off as an adult since 2012. I have traveled to over 20 countries and enjoy different cultures and languages. This homestay location is actually our part-ime home and there is a wonderful graduate student occupying the downstairs bedroom. The rooms are located in a duplex that is connected on the inside and my family and I stay on the other side. My husband and I have 4 children, however they would not be staying on the side with rooms available. We enjoy nature, welcoming friends--new and old, traveling, camping and theme parks. The duplex is approx. 12 min from both beaches and the Bay as well as Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. It is near Mission Valley, just up the hill from Fashion Valley Mall. The room that is the most expensive has a king bed (that wasn't given as an option), walk-in closet, private TV, a balcony and designated off-street parking.
