Irvine Homestay

Hi there! I have a private bedroom/shared bathroom available for rent in a quiet neighborhood located in Irvine, CA (south Orange County).

All applicants will be asked to please 1) fill out a rental application, 2) pay $50 for a background check, and 3) provide a current credit report (current = done within the week of application). Upon review of application, we'll conduct a personal interview giving the prospective tenant a change to view the space and ask questions.

The lease will be a 60-day minimum lease, with a required two-week prior notice if choosing to vacate the premises. After the initial 60 days, the tenant may stay on a month-to-month basis.

The tenant will be living in a communal setting in which some parts of the house are shared, while private rooms are off-limits. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, family room, and assigned bathroom.

Tenants should be courteous and respectful to all other tenants/housemates, all residential neighbors, and also to the property itself.

No pets allowed.
No illicit drugs allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No marijuana allowed.
All other house rules will be discussed upon the personal interview.

There is abundant on-street parking and driveway spots shared among the house occupants.
