Located in James Bay, one of the nicest, safest and greenest areas of Victoria. Less than 5 minutes walk to the ocean, Ogden Point breakwater, and to buses. 15 minute walk to Parliament Buildings and downtown. Bright, clean private bedroom in a 2 bedroom basement suite.
Your bedroom includes bed, desk, shelves, closet and windows that get lots of light. Room rental only (no meals provided), but you have your own kitchen. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared with one other person (29 year old female).
Everything is included in the rental cost: Furniture, sheets, pillows, laundry soap, toilet paper, wireless internet, etc. No additional costs except your own food. Mature only, age 25 and above preferred.
Larger bedroom: $950 per month. NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Smaller bedroom: $900 per month. AVAILABLE 1 SEPTEMBER 2025
My wife and I have travelled to many countries and have shared our houses with many students for over 30 years. We are happy to share some time and activities together (walking, meals, etc) to make your stay special. I am sure you will enjoy!
