Hello,
My name is Jay and my husband is Marwan. We live alone ( no children or pets) in this 3 bedroom bungalow in a very convenient location close to many amenities. We have one (2) basement bedroom available for rent that is newly renovated and fully furnished with a large in wall closet. There is full-sized bathroom right outside the door and a laundry room next to it. There is also a small kitchen beside it. We offer meals if requested and a quiet space in a safe and friendly atmosphere. We have a large back yard that you can use as well.
The Bus stop is 50 meters away from the house with buses that will take you west to Baseline bus station near Algonquin Collage in less than 10 minutes. From there, buses can take you in less than 25 min to any location in the city.
NOTE* We host only Females* in our home.
We would be happy to have you in our home and guarantee that you will be happy as well.
