My husband and I have a three-bedroom house in Clairemont San Diego. We have two furnished bedrooms available for rent which share a common bathroom. You’re welcome to use the kitchen, backyard, and laundry area whenever you’d like. We have a small dog and a cat who love to snuggle.
Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and has plenty of street parking. It is only a half-mile to the bus stop at Regents Rd & Luna Ave 92117. The bus routes to most of the local universities and a small shopping center with movie theater is a mile away. Our household is very busy. We work full time and have lots of projects and activities going. We are looking for someone who wants to make the most of each day. Please reach out if you feel like a good fit.
