Looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay? I’m renting a private bedroom in a newer, three-level townhouse. The bedroom is conveniently located on the ground level, right as you step in from the entrance. It comes furnished with a full-size bed, a memory foam mattress for a restful sleep, and a mini fridge for your convenience. You’ll also have your own private bathroom located right next to the bedroom. The home is modern, spotless, and well-maintained, so you won’t be disappointed.

We’re a family of four & stay on the third floor, with the second floor serving as our living area and kitchen. The rental room is on the ground floor, giving you plenty of privacy.

The location is excellent—just steps away from Guildford Mall, Guildford Recreation Centre, and bus transit, making it a super convenient spot.
