My home offers a quiet clean environment. Only a 5 min walk to the light rail train and 2 minutes to the bus - direct routes to Waterloo's University core. Accessible shopping and walking distance to the St. Jacob's Farmers Market.
Our family - Just me and my Daughter, we have a medium size dog and a cat; both are friendly and well trained. I am a healthcare professional, my daughter is a student.
Your space - 11 x 9 room with large closet, desk and chair, single bed with bamboo matrass and bedding, comfy chair available. High speed wi-fi, access to kitchen with dishwasher and on-site parking included. Dinner and continental breakfast included.
No additional people may stay in your room with you, sorry no guest visits in home. No pets please.
