アメリカ, サンフランシスコでホームステイ

We live in a single house in the area called Inner Sunset which is very
safe, diverse, convenient to all the cafes, restaurants, bakeries, banks, post office, public transportation, and Golden Gate Park within 5 min walking distance.
We are a family of 4 members, my husband, two teenagers and myself as well as 9 years old dog.
We have just renovated our house 2 years ago, and have an extra room with private bathroom in it next to kitchen and have been rented out this past years. We have
guests mostly from Japan, homestay students, travelers, as well as local people. But mostly guests are from word of mouth.
Our family is bilingual and bicultural family. We all speak English/Japanese at home. We are also travelers mostly to Asia, North Europe as well as South America in the past. Kids love soccer, snowboarding (3 hours away from SF), surfing( 30 min by car to the ocean ), love food to eat.
We have been here in SF for about 20 years and know the town and bay area. The room is cozy but comfortable to stay, has an own bathroom, closet, single bed, desk and chair.
To down town, we have a street car, which is the best route to down town area, but has alternate bus routes as well.
