I have a son who used to be an international student in Europe and had experienced life away from home. Living with us is good as like living in your own home. We have catered homestay students for the past 2 years.
We have two full furnished separate bedrooms, one with full bed and the other one with full and twin bed. Each room with set of desk, chair, lamps, wardrobe closet and マイコンタクトページ two rooms are separated by a bath room with a tub equipped with whirlpool jets. The house has a central cooling and heating air system.
Our house is walking distance to Santa Monica College and 15 min bus ride to UCLA. You got lots of amenities. It is close to Bus Stop, Metro Rail Station from Sana Monica to Downtown LA. Other establishment nearby are Fitness Center, Asian Grocery store(Marukai and Nijiya), Ralphs Grocery, Eating place like Subway, Chinese restaurants, Indian, Vietnamese and Thai Restaurants. The house is bounded by Olympic, Bundy, Barrington and Pico.
It is highly recommended to make a reservation at least 2 weeks before arrival so you can make sure you get the room before other students. There is a high demand of rooms in this location.
