Student Homestay in Aurora and Newmarket

Welcome to Canada!! Experienced with international students, we speak English in our home, 4 bedroom homes in Newmarket, 5 minute walking distance to Newmarket High School. Host is excellent cook that serves 3 meals a day and snack. We can accommodate short or long term stays. I am a social worker and I am working in high school. We live very close to Newmarket High School (secondary school), Sacred Heart High School and St. Andrew's College in Aurora which accepts International Students. You can eat what we eat :) Your room has Queen size bed with closet and dresser, and privet bathroom, TV, with BELL cable, XBOX 360, computer, student desk and unlimited wireless internet. We welcome students from any country. We are fun, warm, hardworking family who loves sports, outdoors, and to cook. Our house is pet/ smoke free, I have pool table as well. There is a large backyard with walk out patio and play grand. we are close to Sacred Heart High School and for student of St. Andrew's College we provide transportation with extra cost. The room is available immediately. Monthly fee from $1600 includes three meals and also laundry and private bathrooms. We will assist you with tutoring and finding volunteer work and Canadian experience.

1. Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming home for the student.
2. Provide a private bedroom containing a bed, closet, drawer space, window, unlimited free Wi-fi
3. Provide food for 3 meals each day.
4. Be open, honest, and respectful in communication with the student.
5. Orient the student to the neighbourhood and community, including public transit systems, banks, stores, and medical and dental clinics.
6. Assist the student in times of need.
7. We will also assist you to apply for Student Visa.

Newmarket is close to Aurora, my house is Very ideal for St. Andrew's College student.
