カナダ, Halifaxでホームステイ
This is a two story townhouse condo. There is a small backyard that backs onto a small park/playground. The guest bedroom is at the back overlooking the backyard and the park/playground. It is usually very quiet and the sun rises on that side of the house. There is a bus stop less than a minute across the parking lot from my home and there is a regular daily bus service plus an express service for commuters in the mornings and evenings direct to and from downtown and Dalhousie. While I live alone, I do have family here in Halifax and we would be more than happy to welcome a guest into any family events and gatherings that take place. As a matter of fact, we would like for them to feel as if they are part of the family. I will provide meals but generally they will be regular meals not specialty foods and not foods of another culture as I would like for my student/guest to get to know the kind of food and meals that we have here. However, I am also ready to occasionally cook food from the guest country (with help from my guest) so that I can learn of their food and culture as well. I am open to answering any questions from anyone interested in staying here. I will only be hosting one guest. I have travelled to several countries and have enjoyed travelling.
