This is a brand new house with your own bedroom including large BIRs plus your own private ensuite / bathroom.
The shower is state of the art with either option for rainfall water (from the ceiling) or standard shower rail.

Complete security in the house with the bus a 7 minute walk that takes you into the city which is 30 minutes.

I don’t provide any meals (you have to cook yourself) however I have a large butler area (behind kitchen) that is great for your own cooking space with your own private fridge.

The house has air conditioning and heating throughout of course with all the amenities you need.

I do have a little dog (Louie) who is 12 years old, blind, and is part of the house.
