Hi, welcome to our homestay! We are thrilled to share our home and to welcome female international students to make their stay enjoyable and memorable while in Canada. We have been hosting students from Japan, Korea and China and we find learning different cultures, languages or food is so interesting! Our home is located in the Maples area - friendly and welcoming environment, with 3 spacious bed room available, nearby bus stop to University of Winnipeg, Red River College or Downtown and is 5-minutes radius to supermarkets, banks, gym, and shopping malls.
We enjoy watching movies, singing, cooking, gatherings, and outdoors and we love to welcome our homestay students to having the fun with us!
Monthly rent is CAD$900.00 which includes:
• Your own private bedroom, furnished with queen-sized bed and bed textiles, built-in closet, study desk and chair
• Meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Utilities - WiFi, Netflix, electricity, heat, water
• Use of laundry machine and detergent
