This is a 2-bedroom fully furnished basement apartment located in one of the safest and most established neighborhoods in Seattle. The entire basement was renovated in early 2022 with gorgeous furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, and premium WiFi are just a few of the amenities you’ll find inside this apartment. Available to homestay students and traveling nurses/physicians. The entire apartment is available for rent for $3300/month. Pets (<60 lbs) are welcome with a non-refundable deposit of $500.
Metro bus stop is just steps from the house (it's located in front of our home!) with Downtown Seattle just 20 mins. away.
All major hospitals (i.e., Swedish Ballard, Swedish First Hill, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Harborview, University of WA Medical Center) are approximately 3-5 miles by car or 45 min. by bus.
Amenities: Central Heat/Air conditioning; Washer/Dryer in the apartment; 1.5 Bathrooms; Quality queen-size mattresses in each room; luxury linens and towels.
