Welcome! We have a very relaxed and comfortable homestay just waiting for YOU! We do everything we can to make our guests feel at home!
We have two single rooms for $950/month. Our homestay includes ALL amenities, self-serve breakfast, WiFi, utilities, laundry, BBQ, Pool Table. There is also monthly housekeeping to clean the bathroom, and they will vacuum your room if you want. We have a beautiful front and back yard area for you to enjoy relaxing as well.
We are centrally located in San Diego in the Serra Mesa area. We have bus transportation right around the corner, just a 2-3 minute walk! We have the trolley just 1.3 mi. away at the "Qualcomm Stadium" (Snapdragon) stop. Or, if you have a car, we have parking right in front of the house.
I look forward to hearing from you and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Also, if there are any special needs you have, we are happy to accommodate them, especially in regard to meals.
