Hello. We are happy to share and welcome male international students, who are friendly, tidy, responsible and non-smoking to our home. We enjoy being able to help students to have a safe and comfortable place to stay while in Canada. We have been hosting for 3 years now and have had many students from Japan, China, Korea and Mexico. We have 2 rooms currently available. Our home is clean, located in a quiet residential area, pet-free and is near many amenities such as parks, groceries, shopping malls and transit is accessible going to downtown, University of Winnipeg and Red River College.
We have visited Asian countries like Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Cambodia and some European counties like Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria.
The monthly rent is CAD$900.00 which includes:
• Your own private bedroom, furnished with queen-sized bed, built-in closet and cabinet, desk, chair and lamp.
• Pillows, pillow-cases, bed sheets, blankets and comforters
• Decent meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Packed lunch is provided when you go to school
• All utilities, cable, home phone and wireless internet
• Use of washer and dryer, washing detergents, laundry basket and clothes hangers
