I live here in Waterloo with my family in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. I have been to Europe, China, Africa, South America and experienced diverse cultures. I am looking forward to hosting new guests, to share and learn new experiences. My home is welcoming to clean, respectful and serious individuals.
This is a cozy, furnished 2-bedrooms with 1-bath. Each private room is for single occupancy, with shared 3-piece bathroom, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ensuite laundry, and living area. The 700 sq ft living space is move-in ready, featuring plenty of natural light. Utilities (gas, water (softener installed), hydro, heat, and air conditioning) are included, with Wi-Fi available. Parking is available for two spots on the driveway. Each room has individually controlled thermostats. It’s smoke-free and pet-free. Private entrance and backyard are also accessible. No noise after 10pm.
The location is family-oriented neighbourhood, no overnight visitors or parties allowed. Nearest public transit bus stop is approximately 1.5 km away, vehicle access is recommended. Nearby amenities include high ranking schools, parks, trails, restaurants, shopping centers (Boardwalk, Costco, Zehrs, Food Basics, Walmart Sobeys), YMCA, Library, Shopping mall etc.
