Welcome to the site of Toronto Homestay. We are a loving friendly family providing you with a safe memorable homestay experience. We have many years experience
hosting students from all over the world. (Japan, China, South America, Korea, France, Mexico etc).
We started offering our home to international students as an opportunity for us to learn about other cultures. I have a TEFL certificate and considerable experience
teaching English to international students if you have need of that service as well.
I (Mark) was born and raised in Canada. My wife Mary was born in China and has been in Canada for 12 years. We have a beautiful 8 year old daughter Laurel and a friendly gentle small cat named Rosie (age 4...).
The food in our house is international. Mary and I share the kitchen creating a mixture of Canadian and Asian dishes depending on the needs of our students.
We have one basic house rule. Mutual respect for everyone. When you live with us you become a family member.
